Jim Melbourne Collision Center Manager jmelbourne@longauto.com 35 years experience	Jim started in this business 35 years ago when he was just 17 years old. Over the years Jim has worked in every aspect of this business. He has worked in the insurance industry, paint, body and equipment sales and has decades of experience running body shops. Jim is what he refers to as a working manager . . . he gets his hands dirty in the shop as often as he can! Jim personally appraises the damage to every vehicle that comes into the shop and having handpicked his employees Jim knows he has the best restoration team in the area!
Angela Stefanik Office Assistant	After nine years of providing customer assistance Angela knows that the insurance claims process can be frustrating and sometimes bewildering. She’ll work diligently with you and your insurance company to ensure that you experience as little disruption to your life as possible.
Gerry Hicks Office Assistant	Gerry has been in the car business for more than 20 years. Ask her about her 21 grandchildren and see her shine! Dealing directly with all insurance companies, Gerry and Angela handle everything for you from start to finish. Our goal is to make this process HASSLE-FREE!
David Sears Body Technician 30 + years of experience	Having owned his own shop for 10 plus years, Dave came to us with a full range of expertise in vehicle restoration! Restoring the body of a damaged vehicle involves so much more than just making it look good. Dave explained that it is extremely important to understand the engineering behind the way the body is put together and recreate that so that if it is ever involved in another accident it will react the way the manufacturer originally intended for the safety of all passengers. He finds a great deal of satisfaction in taking a damaged vehicle and bringing it back to its original safe condition!
Jerzy Klich Body Technician 30 + years of experience	Dzien dobry, milo Cie poznac. "George" loves his work and takes pride in meticulous restoration!
Kenneth Moore Paint Technician 20 + years of experience	Ken has experience in all facets of vehicle restoration, but painting is his specialty. Ken utilizes our state-of-the-art computerized paint mixing and tinting system and with the heated downdraft baking spray booth with color corrective lighting to ensure proper paint matches his work never comes back to him . . . he gets it right the first time!!
Raymond Verranault Body Technician 10 + years of experience	Ray is fully trained as a Body and Paint Technician and we are pleased to have him as part of this team!
Bryan Olson Paint and Glass Technician	Bryan is new to this business within the last four years. Being an avid student, he loves working in an environment where he can benefit from the more than 125 years of experience that make up our restoration team. He also appreciates the opportunity to work with the new equipment in our 11,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility!
Erich Robidas Detailer	A fully trained technician, Erich is the newest addition to our team. Erich is the last person to work on your restoration before we deliver your vehicle to you. Being a self-proclaimed perfectionist . . . we know he is the right person to ensure quality control!
